Many parents are unsure of their child's rights to services. PHP staff is trained to guide you through the maze of services while providing assistance and guidance on how to determine the most appropriate services for your child and family.

PHP's mission is to help children with special needs receive the resources, love, hope, respect, healthcare, education and other services they need to achieve their full potential by providing them with strong families and dedicated professionals to serve them.
