Resource Directory - Our collection of detailed information about thousands of organizations, programs, non-profit corporations, for-profit corporations, governement agencies and other supportive groups. The majority of the informaiton we provide is for agencies located in the San Francisco Bay Area however we do have plenty of information for other regions in the USA and Canada.

CalStat Online IEP Training:
This training is designed to guide professionals through the challenge of writing IEP goals and objectives that are based on California’s state standards. Parents are welcome to access the training as well. It provides guidance for writing IEP goals that directly apply to the mandates of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended in 2004, and are tied to standards, are student focused and are measurable.

This self-paced training includes a pre-test, post-test, certificate of completion and take approximately five to six hours to successfully complete.


SPIN - Special Parents Information Network in Santa Cruz's website hosts a great index listing of websites that are disability specific.


Jobs available in the community - PHP provides free employment listings to PHP members, or if you are not a PHP member we are happy to list your ad for $18.00 per month (send your check payable to Parents Helping Parents to our address shown at the bottom of the screen).
Community members seeking jobs - A list of people who are looking for employment.


Equipment exchange / sale - A list of equipment available. If you have a device of use to people with special needs we would be happy to list is so that you can sell it or give it away.
